Provide a team of Rope Access Technicians for the successful completion of painting works on the Roma Street Parklands Facility, Building No.4. The project saw the need for the extensive preparation of the existing substrate due to it close vicinity above the Roma Street Train Station. The preparation was inclusive of a high pressure wash down utilising a non-corrosive, non-abrasive, green friendly detergent, followed by the application of a dual coat paint system to 80% of all painted surfaces of the 10 Story apartment building.
With the installation of a Height Safety Rope Access System, our team was able to complete extensive facade remediation works to failed render, spalling concrete & failed expansion joints located over the facility. All balcony waterproofing sealant was replaced including tile to wall joint sealants, tile to tile joint sealants and expansion joint sealants.
