Provide rope access supervision to complete the buildings 10 year scheduled repaint for the 1,170sqm Central Park facility in Chermside.
To complete the works, a rope access compliant height safety system was installed allowing rope access technicians to access all areas of the buildings external façade. Extra care was required on the front elevation of the building as architectural sunshade screens were required to be removed to allow for painting of the rear surface. Multiple block walls on the facility received a sealing coat to allow for some aesthetical improvement from the bland stone appearance. With minimal remedial works required, a high pressure wash down was completed followed by the application of the new Taubmans paint system.
